Overview

As a Traffic Associate, you will work conjointly with the agency’s Traffic Director, Production, and Account Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization and timely gathering of accurate campaign information and distribution of traffic instructions and materials for Broadcast TV, Radio & Digital. To be successful here, you should be detail oriented and have an understanding of the advertising campaign process and its delivery.

Qualifications

  • College Degree or Equivalent experience within an agency setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done
  • Familiarity with Innovid, MediaVu & MediaOcean (DDS & MBOX) a plus.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot problems
  • Must be strong with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) as well as Google Docs
  • Knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account teams and Media Partners to gather necessary information for upcoming deliverables (OLV, OLA, TV & Radio).
  • Create traffic instructions based on media buys.
  • Send traffic instructions and final deliverables to Network, Cable, Spot TV, Radio & Digital stations.
  • Create Ad ID codes and maintain database across all clients
  • Submit Broadcast spots for network clearance as needed
  • Work closely with stations and vendors to maximize service and accuracy.
  • Report talent use to Business Affairs to initiate payment of residuals.
  • Format assets to publisher specs and uploading for internal digital producer/trafficker to distribute.
  • Handle traffic estimates and reconcile applicable monthly billing issues.
  • Upload creative materials to appropriate platforms
  • Quality Control for all instructions and accurate spots for a no mistake delivery.
  • Responsible for archiving all master files and formats to agency servers.

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $57,615 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
